Parent Training
Parents are an important part of a child’s learning team. We help families understand how their child learns, why certain skills may be difficult, and what they can do to help.
Parent training can focus on your family’s needs. This may include dyslexia and dysgraphia, reading and writing, executive functioning, homeschool curriculum, or ways to adjust learning materials without lowering expectations.
We also help families find ways to make learning active, hands-on, and fun without always using a screen. Simple games and everyday materials can give children meaningful practice with reading and other skills while building connection and confidence.
Technology and AI can also be helpful tools when used with a purpose. We can show parents how to use them to adjust lessons and materials while keeping a healthy balance between screen-based and hands-on learning.
Our goal is to give you practical tools you can actually use at home. You do not have to become your child’s teacher. We want you to understand what your child needs, know how to support them, and feel more confident about what to do next.
